Clusia Autograph Tree

Not speaking of a dwarf, but a single-trunked tree that is about 6 feet tall. Any chance this species back-buds?

The clusia I know definitely does back bud. Do you know which cultivar you have? Looks a little different from what grows here in my area, but appears to be rosea princess? Have you seen it flower?

Great news. I don't know exactly which cultivar it is, but as you may tell, it used be much fuller. It is in an enclosed garden where I work and was not put in enough sun so all the branches besides the remaining one died off. I have not seen it flower. Thanks for replying to this post with some info.
