Getting rosewood into the USA takes more permits than getting a live tree into the USA. All these rainforest woods are being banned into the USA for conservational concerns. This gets back to the guitar manufacturers and Gibson going thru hell a couple months ago about rosewood fingerboards. any that you do find is going to be super expensive and not really worth the effort unless you have a buyer that can pay the price.
