First juniper bonsai with yellowing section, do i trim it?

How do I fix this? This is my first bonsai tree and I think this area is growing. Do I cut it off?

The brown section is almost certainly dead and will not grow again. It was probably physically damaged somehow - bent or squashed?
Just cut the dead part off. Pruning is a big part of growing bonsai so you will need to get used to cutting bits off. Eventually one or more of the remaining shoots on that branch will take over and become the end of the branch.
