After digging a post hole and 3 changes of clothes I got around to planting Dick Clark in the ground. A grandiflora on its own roots from heirloomroses.com. The black is mint mulch to reduce pests. RH was 71% and reached just over 90° F so I leaked a LOT!

The red one I got this spring has been refusing to stop flowering and grow vegetative growth - I've resorted to cutting them off. Finally have a single 1.5" extension pushing.
Flower tax: goldmoss stonecrop (naturalized sedum).

I guess the clip was too low on this Orchid.
