foemina juniper initial styling. Open to help.

[Bonsaipadawan]

So I bought this as a pre bonsai some time last year. I am including before and after a little pruning to clean it up and a some wiring.

Let me know your thoughts. I don't know much about this species. I haven't seen much on the web about it for bonsai but I have seen it used as upright bonsai. So now I am questioning use of wire to bend the tree.

Pretty famous, even legendary species. John Naka popularized foemina junipers with a series of trees he put together to.create a design he called Goshin.

Goshin is now at the National. Check this thread out.
