I somewhat recently moved into the city for work, specifically Wilmington, Delaware. I realized that with the higher population density in the Wilmington/Philadelphia area than down on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I might be able to find a club to join. I found the website for the Brandywine Bonsai Society, but it looks like the site hasn’t been touched since before the pandemic. I figure there’s a good probability that someone active on Bonsai Nut will know what’s up. Can any of you offer any information?

Here’s a picture of the neighborhood, since it seems strange for some reason to start a new thread on here without a picture attached. The tree in the foreground is Quercus alba.

Not trying to revive a dead thread- but I just saw this. Yes, they are still active. I became a member this year actually (I'm up in West Chester). The next meeting is August 19 at the Anson B Nixon Park in Kennett Square at Pavilion 1.

I got ahold of them and joined shortly after posting. I skipped the auction yesterday, since I really didn't need a temptation to spend the money I've saved for a down payment on a house. I'm surprised you found this thread. There was basically no activity on it. What were you looking for?

I actually searched "Brandywine Bonsai" to see if anyone else was active in the area. I also skipped the auction as I was at my beach house in South Jersey
