Noticed my Italian Cypress, existing growth appears greyish this early spring. Had it a year and the foliage stayed nice and green all summer. Spring here and I thought the older foliage would green up. Haven't any new growth yet. I know I am forcing it to cascade against its will. Sprayed for mites as these kill many landscape Cypress in this locale. Any experience with these in early spring?

Looks like spider mites. Make sure what you used is actually effective against them.
