ok next question. I've been watching some video tutorials by Colin Lewis (great guy) and he talked about the live vein in junipers and how to not interrupt it. he showed some examples of a branch that had been removed and how the tree had struggled to heal properly.

So my question is - how to you properly remove a branch from a juniper so it can heal properly, or does it always become a jin?
