Juniperus chinensis. I bout it in December of 2024 on post Christmas clearance. Trimmed it, put some wire on it (thinking maybe multitrunk?) and then it sat in it's pot all summer. I took the wire off recently and when the raft contest idea started to form I tough I can use it...
