This is just for fun.
This one is an air layer off of my smaller leaf tigerbark cascade I don't have a thread for yet.
Sept 2024 - air layer started. That strait upright branch in the pic.

Air layer separated and planted in a long nursery pot to grow roots for future ROR.

It did well over winter and actually started to grow figs all over. Meanwhile I bought a ceramic Buddha head...
Planted it over the head. Does not look much like ancient temple ruins, but I think it's fun just for me...

It is growing nicely now. The plan is to get the roots to grip around the head, thicken the trunk and get the branches (probably future thin ones) to swoop down...
