Little brown-dry-ish spots Judas tree and Podocarpus

Today I noticed some brown, dry-like spots on my 1-year-old Judas tree (not a bonsai yet) and Podocarpus. Judas tree has additionally weird bubbles on leaves. Is it a fungus, the so-called "rust"? Or does it come from too much sun (recent days were really hot)?
