my small shohin Pomegranate progression thread

I didnt know Johnny was still selling trees. I went by a year or so ago and he told me he was trying to sell most everything off. I will have to go by and see him after lockdown and pick up some pots or something. All of my first “real pre-bonsai” is from Grove way.

well from what i take it they dont have as much as they used to have but still plenty and this pomegranate wasnt there the 1st time i went he said he got this batch in LA so maybe a comeback?

SOO, its the end of spring! summer is coming round the next 15 day forecast is nothing but upper 100s just a quick update the pomegranate is doing good im going to just let it grow all sumemr then cut back winter or if anybody knows best let me know?

not sure maybe i should wire some of the branches? or if pomegranates arent so breakable later
