So today I noticed neighbors was doing landscaping and he said he was digging out a grafted lilac tree out and didn’t want them. They were somewhat brutally removed I used a Reciprocating saw to cut about a foot round the trunk. But then the tree roots were pretty much ripped out with a shovel from there. I pretty much does whatever soil I had to fill the pots Which was very little tree and shrub putting soil by miracle grow…, sphagnum peat moss, gravel, clay pebbles, lava rock, Miracle grow potting soil, Natures harvest garden soil. All mixed together…

What do you think my odds are of this trees living?
I did go to my local bookstores to try to find pine bark but I absolutely could not find it in stock. Any tips on what I should do next or have I already gone too far??? Also I do not want to put these trees in the ground I am not a fan.

Lilac is a tough species. I think it will survive despite transplant a little late in spring. I would remove a few branches but that's just how I am accustomed to doing transplant. I am aware there's lots of evidence that more foliage up to helps with transplant.
Don't panic if some or all leaves die and drop. That's usually just the tree adjusting intake of water with use up top. New leaves will grow when the tree is ready.

I did go to my local bookstores to try to find pine bark but I absolutely could not find it in stock.
Maybe you tried the wrong store? Bookstores down here sell books. Look for pine bark at landscape yards or plant nursery.

Any tips on what I should do next or have I already gone too far???
Just monitor soil moisture. Keep the soil slightly damp. A little wetter rather than drier while it recovers seems to be better. Avoid soggy soil.
Keep the trees somewhat protected if possible. Plenty of good light but sheltered from strong wind and strong afternoon sun which can put stress on newly transplanted trees.

They Still Alive, but they are not thriving… They have pretty awful display of flowers, but I think they should do better next year. I also think I need to move them they under a ash tree to the west of them. But I’d say they get 6 hours of direct light on 1 side of the tree.
