*If* you had a world class greenhouse, and were willing to import some the evergreen oaks (quercus agrifolia, or quercus suber** ). It might take you a few extra years to kill them off.
That said a tree starving for sunlight and breeze leaning up against a window does not one growing in a greenhouse make.
I doubt you can get to your destination because you don't have the tools to enter into the project.
