Pencil Thin Taiwan White Pine

Got this neclected Taiwan White Pine / Taiwan Five Needle Pine / Pinus morrisonicola from a nursery. Thin, smooth, 3/4 up the trunk without branch, two trunk of similar carecter. Do the most logic as i cannot afford to field it b coz i live in flat. 6 month training.
Style it to a twin trunk, literati and windswept style.
Height of the pot is 4.5inches
