Have you ever thought of removing the first branch, or at least the apex on the first branch ? I think lees could be more.

Not sure I understand what you mean, but there are several options I've thought of, including some pruning/jinning, but so far, I'll wait until it's safe and sound before trying anything on the upper part. May-June 19?

But thanks for your suggestions, it's always interesting to consider other points of view, it can open new horizons...
