I've been wondering when Ron Lang would resurface. He's been a bit silent for months after saying he was moving to North Carolina. He posted a notice on his web site that says he was set to complete his move to a new studio near Wilmington, N.C. yesterday. He plans to have the studio/kiln etc. up and running by the end of the summer. He also said he's set to take new orders in June.

Shoot Wilmington is a 5 1/2 hour drive. Used to be a 2.5 hour drive to his old place...

I think he is building a wood fired kiln. Can't really believe he left the other one in Pennsylvania. It was huge and produced some pretty cool glazes effects. He said last winter he was planning a move.
