Scots Pine needle problem..

Hi. All tree look like this. But only lower part of branch is with these dot needles. The tips of branch is ok.

Appears to be a fungus. Almost all pines get it to some extent. Especially on older needles.

Spray with copper fungicide.

Could be the result of honeydew (aphid poop) droplets developing sooty mold. If possible, check if you can wipe the black stuff off with some warm water.
Copper sulfate is still a good treatment. Just make sure you don't hit the soil.

Spraying any fungicide will not cure the infected needles. Sprayed fungicide will only prevent uninfected needles from becoming infected. It is most important to be spraying as new needles emerge - this is when they are most vulnerable (like, begin now).

General Rule: remove infected tissues (needles, leaves, branches) and spray.

Infected tissues are a source of spores for further infection.

Find out whats the problem with pine.
Its needle scale. Im now using insesticide soup.
