it is a great price for that tree. I’d get that pear as well if I had the cash. It mostly a Bullet proof weed.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. I'd bet that tree has a 7 inch base with a better nebari than most good sized KH you'll run into. Plus the Bill V provenance to boot.

He has some great KH in his garden. Got the tour back in 2014 with @MACH5 and a few other nuts. It just proves there is simply no substitute for 50 years in a pot.
