Questions:
Are you leaving the art? (I hope not)
How much for each pot?
Types/sizes of substrates?
Grow light setup (wattage/voltage)?

I hope so also. I was a tad suspicious when questions weren't answered publicly.

I was also that's why I insisted on paying through the goods and services part of PayPal so I have purchase protection. I've already contacted PayPal and opened a dispute so now PayPal is taken care of trying to get a hold of them.If they don't respond within 7 days then it turns to a claim then they have 10 days to respond. If they do not then PayPal will go after them to get money back and criminal charges.
I hope it's just a misunderstanding. I'll keep posting updates. if they don't respond then maybe @Bonsai Nut should remove them?

It's only been a few days so who knows.

I was going to ask if you called since @Thomas_666 (satan is a clue) left a number, 360-362-6360 but Google says it isn't a real number. I hope you get your money back, but don't trust anyone on the internet unless you see a history of honorable sales.

AI is only going to make scams worse. Be vigilant. :)

He's in Bremerton, WA and north western Washington got walloped by a massive windstorm on Tuesday. We just got power, internet, and cell service back yesterday and he's a bit further away from an urban center so might still be in the dark. Some neighbors are still without power in the city, so that could be the delay.

The number is a real number we communicated through text several times. Then nothing that's what alarmed me. I tried calling and it just rang and rang never went to voicemail. They also gave me their address for some reason and it's a real address. The PayPal account they told me to send money to was a woman's account and it has 99% rating. I'm really hoping it's just a misunderstanding. Yes I hate AI! I was being vigilant and checked stuff but was still alittle suspicious that's why used the goods and services part if PayPal to protect myself and why I'm moving fast on reporting it so if fraudulent can take action the faster the better chance to resolve.

Ok thank you I didn't know that. Tuesday afternoon is when the communications just stopped. I'm hoping this is why. Glad you got power back.

Well I still haven't received the package or heard from them. PayPal has increased the claim and is investigating. I talked to PayPal about how there was the bad storm out there and we gave them a additional week to respond but nothing. I was really hoping it was a misunderstanding.

Sorry your having this problem, but you protected yourself so that's a plus. Really does make us disappointed in mankind.

I once had a CC# stolen & they charged $30 at Burger King. I wasn't sure if they were testing the card or starving. Then I thought why didn't they go to a good restaurant, and have a nice meal? No way I'm risking jail time for Booger King. 🤣

Yeah, they aren't normally super smart.

My wife had her purse stolen from her car (don't get me started about her leaving it in there and the car unlocked - but it happens...).

The thief went to the grocery store, CVS and a convenience store in the 6 hours before we cancelled them.

Over a week later, the police call saying they got the person - they still had the cancelled cards!

I left my purse on my kitchen counter while I was having furniture delivered. There were two guys. I was in the living room watching them place it and they were in and out getting the other pieces. Next morning my debit card was missing and they had spent the wee hours of the morning buying who knows what at gas stations all over St. Louis. @Zac sorry this happened to you. You should at least get your money back if you used Paypal.

It's rare that they actually caught someone. I'd totally giggle myself to sleep if that happened to me. :)

That's creepy AF.

No shit. I asked the bank if I should notify the furniture store, stating that I was apprehensive because I didn't have cameras or anything and they knew where I lived if they got fired. They advised not to....
Well that would make me change the way I operate for sure. I'm just going to hold this 12 gauge while you bring the furniture in. I'm cool if you are. :)
