The last pine pictured is owned by Mike Rogers it was dsplayed with a shohin Crape Myrtle that I have posted in the shohin section of the forum. I had a chance to speak with him and he said that the Pine was over 60 years old. It was a very impressive tree.
You know there is one thing that would have made the show better. Perhaps we could have listed the potters with the trees. When I looked at the exhibit the artists were named but not the potter. Perhaps there is no need as this is a bonsai exhibit not a bonsai potters exhibit, but I do know that this is done sometimes.
