My newish Coast Live oak bonsai came with a resident jumping spider. It hasn't left the tree and it's kind of cute so I let it live there. It's made a small den in a bundle of leaves where it resides at night, comes out during the day and pounces on insects.

It's den is made of some pretty thick web and is attached to 3-4 leaves.

My question is, will these affect that section of leaves negatively? Unsure the strength buds have in terms of sprouting when they have webs attached to them. Will the webs actually prevent buds from blooming?

Seen grafts pop buds through parafilm so I'd assume spider webs wouldn't prevent buds from popping.

Jumping spiders can live up to four years, but they rarely keep the same nest for a year.
I think it's not an issue at all that it resides in the tree for a while.

Isn't an issue for the tree healthwise. FWIW, I welcome ALL predators on, in and around my trees, from spiders to wasps, as well as snakes and lizards.
