Any chance you could find some pumice where you are? I too think that you can make a mix with what you have on hand. I do think that pumice is a wonderful substrate if you can find it. It's light and has good retentive qualities.

I have find only like big stones and no small ones. The big ones is in use on human feet. Like a sandpaper ;)
But i havent find eny small ones.
I know it good material

Looks good if it is based on zeolite. We use zeolite from this quarry:
http://www.zeocem.com/

Just test it (add some water) before use. It mustn't melt and become muddy. Make sure it's not perfumed. I think you will find more economic packadge, these sold for pets use to be a little bit expensive.

It's hard to say looking at the pics attached. The soil fractions we use is 3-6 mm or 1-3 mm for smaller trees. So, cat litter is not breaking down, is it hard enough if you try to push it with the fingers?

Yes, just test it same way. Here's what I use, DE (terramol) alone or mix DE + zeolite + lava. Standard size safety match added for particle size comparison.

They are different firm and same stuff.

Then 25 % pine bark and it will be redy

I was thinking but some gravel pine park and cat litter?
Will it be ok or not?

Yes, you can mix them or use separately. You can sift and grade them or use straight from the bag. I seldom use bark for my mixes, but lots of people do.
What I can recommend, you can find more info here on BonsaiNut, there are parallel threads concerning soils, mixes, layering soils... And watch what works for you in your climate.
