Hi all

I’ve bought this little beauty under the pretence it’s a Juniper but I’m sure it’s not as it has very soft long leaves

Any ideas would be great

Larch are deciduous ...so should turn fall colors and lose its foliage. Just a heads up...so you don't freak out. Larch is a tree I myself have pondered adding to the bench. Enjoy your journey in the hobby~

Let me add one, in case Daniel did not realize.. Larch do NOT backbud on old wood. (Or, not well, an odd bud may pop in a 10 year period),
So make sure you do not trim beyond the last viable bud if you want the branch to stay. Likewise, ensure the inner buds do not get shaded too much over summer, of you loose the inner buds over time, which won't come back.
