Everytime Pomegranate comes up I think of @Leo in N E Illinois 40 year skinny pom story.

Don't go from 1 straight to 25 gallons. Go from 1 to maybe 3 gallons... otherwise you wind up with 22 gallons of wasted soil sitting there with no roots drinking the water and thus remaining watered down.Im in southern California Zone 9 B, our soilf here is absolute garbage but I do have a very large growing container I can use for one of the(probably the thicker one)
If i did repot into the large container what growing medium would you put in a 25 gallon container?
