what is this bug on my trees?

Dears I found sap dripping from my cedars I found under the branch many of this small bugs

What is this bug. And how to cure it.
Will vinegar and water spray enough.?

Please help

Why do you need to cure it? Have you seen damage? It could be eating things that would eat your tree.

hi sorry i could not get you, what ? why do i need not to cure it? it is eating my trees badly, excessive sap loose from the branches

Giant conifer aphids (Cinara species)

attacks Fir, pine, spruce, cedar
