White Spruce, Serbian Spruce, or Norway Spruce?

I'm going to order some bulk seedlings from Musser Forest and I'd like to get some spruce. Is one of those species more attractive or easier to work with than another?

The shorter the needles, the smaller (sooner) the bonsai you can make.

White spruce would be my choice over all other spruce.
Shorter needles than most others.
They seem to take transplants better than norway.
They have a nice blue color most years.
I've never worked with Serbian but worked in a landscape nursery in charge of transplanting the trees.
The Norway do grow a touch faster but are more susceptable to pests it seems.
