New information continues to be posted about the 2025 Winter Show outside of Charlotte, NC this year. First, the general details:

Date: December 6 & 7, 2025
Location: 150 Research Campus Drive, Kannapolis NC 28081 (same as previous years)

After last year's record turn-out, we're looking forward to an even more popular show this year.

News: Vendor and Exhibitor tables have been booked for months. There are still 25 seats still available for Saturday night's banquet, which I highly recommend - great companionship and decent food!

Quick request: do any of you have photos from prior years showing a lot of people in the exhibition halls looking at the trees? I have lots of photos of trees, lots of photos of people in the vending halls, but nothing showing a lot of people enjoying the exhibition. I'd like to be able to send some photos out to event social media, and similar to last year, see if I can get someone from the local news to show up...

How about looking at the past years postings about the show on Bill V's site, I'm sure there must be something there that he'd allow you to use.

How many people attend this show? Steven greenlit us for two tables and there is a dear school friend of mine in Durham I would love to visit However that means planning shipping logistics (and convincing Nao to make pots for me to bring to sell, he is not able to come ). And also what to do with table leftovers.. Is this show worth it for me to fly in from Oregon and perhaps ship a pallet of pots in (and haul Cosmo with me? )


I have to decide asap in case we pass on the tables so someone else can go.
