@americanelmer ]
I can tell you that most of the folk here are decent.
Mike is a great guy, and I play along to Gogeerah as Mothra [ Mottie ]
Sorce is a magical being, full of joy.
I consider them to be Internet Friends, though we may never actually meet.
So by including Sandy in the Kumbya, I was also attempting to treat
her as friend. Enuff said.
Alain, I know from IBC [ internet bonsai club ] he does good work, and
I would have no problem inviting him to come and have a pint.
However, when he comes here [ no moderators ] he playfully angles his
responses to get a response.
Frankly, I am amazed the others haven't figured him out, and just learnt
to take him in stride.
When I was here maybe a year, someone asked me for images of the
work done down here. I just weed and water. My brother-in-law is
a Fine Artist and he designs. I don't have that gift.
Though I did take Art Appreciation.
I have abut 28 years of so of experience weeding and watering and I
am content.
I replied to the request, that all one had to do was look, as I had posted
about 2 and a 1/2 pages of images already.
Back then Bnut had the forum set up differently, a separate page would
show up with a listing of images already posted.
Probably saved on redundancies.
So I have been down the new boy's path.
Just show them what you can do and they will work with you.
As to the planet, more specifically the island of Trinidad.
Natural zone for oil, seepages all over, 1 acre pitch lake, the area
around it creeps and heavily into sulphur. Some lifeforms love it.
e.g. Mango trees.
Also have it occurring off shore.
Guys who go scuba diving around the reef zones etc, See old fish with
boils and growths, much like old humans.
Have they adapted to the oil /seepage ?
Folk who live near the sea and forests, often just look for free food.
No skill in hunting, no bows, arrows, spears, just buckshot ------ lead in the flesh.
No fishing lines, nets and no size restrictions, catch and kill all.
Dump what you do not want or is inedible.
No schooling either.
Latest stupidity ---------- eating the scarlet ibis [ they saw this in a movie ]
as a meal for the special ones.
Same for the caiman, gotta have those tails.
Then there are the rivers, now carrying exotic materials, like lead or spent
materials. Trinidad is naturally metal poor, just deposited clays.
Tires get old well, we just burn them.
The real reasons ------------- depressed, wasted life, no achievements, no
abilities, jealousy of those that followed the disciplines and so on.
Me, I tend to fix what I can and leave the rest alone.
So trees are planted, I educate about lead, rubber, and help children understand
education and what it is used for.
Not just get a job -------------------- research.
Good Day
Anthony
Experience has taught me that if I name it, folk in the north can seldom make a visual cionnecttion
So here is beauty ------------ and ---------- A thing of Beauty is a joy forever.
[ that and we still have to identify it - chuckle ]
