I bought these after Xmas and started to clean them today but in all honesty I don't know what to do with these. I figured I'd start but seeing if someone could tell me what type of 2 needle pines these are.

Have a look at the Mugo Train thread. It’s long, but there are some good nuggets in there. More importantly though, go to the Articles and Tutorials section at the bottom of the forum page and read Vance Woods advice on working with Mugos.

They are indeed Mugo Pines. Look around in among the branches for a slip giving you the identity information. They look to be Pumilios, they might be one of the dwarf cultivars.

I watched the videos, read the articles mentioned, and agree that these are probably dwarf varieties. I'm not encouraged that these will make good choices for me to work with this season.

How does one tell? They didn't have any tags

In all honesty buy buying plants from a reputable seller labeled. Unless they have distinct features that are specific to a cultivar you will never know. There's a lot of mugo cultivars out on the market. You got them for a great price, have fun with them.

It seems over the last couple of years the Mops cultivar has predominantly expressed the nature of the comercial market in The United States. If it is not Pumilio it is probably Mops.
