View attachment 117918 another update: More growth on the beastly WC and one of my Larch with early fall color. I have heard that early fall color on Larch indicates that it is weak so I really hope this one buds out strong next year.View attachment 117917

Thanks Chicago I found it down a steep bank leading to the water at one of my landscape clients properties. I like to check spots like that because they are weather beaten and often haven't been forested because they are very steep.
