It is fine to visit this site via a VPN (virtual private network), or to use a VPN with your account. However if you use a 3rd party commercial VPN (versus a private VPN) understand that many of those VPN servers also forward spam and (in some cases) scam/hacker content. You may find that your traffic gets tagged as questionable content - even if your use is 100% legit and clean. This is a case where on the Internet you are known by the company you keep, and if your traffic comes in from a VPN server that also carries spam traffic, you may get tagged as a spammer, even when you aren't one.
I raise this because I will occasionally get new registrations that come in from VPN's - tagged as a potential spammer. You will get sent to a moderation queue, and I will manually review the registration. If everything else looks legit, I will approve the registration, though I will keep an eye on your early posts, just to make sure nothing sketchy is going on.
