Please put your location into your profile.Advice has to be tailored to climate.I have a feeling that you will get a few responses.Haven't seen this species handled like this before.But hey,I live in Baja Sur and will never handle a conifer again:except,perhaps an Auricaria or some Mexican pine that can live on the coast.Fat chance.Wait for it.
