Azalea Pre-Bonsai?

Does anyone know a good place to purchase decent quality Azalea PreBonsai in the US? Or larger nursery stock?
I already have a couple I started from local nursery stock and I purchased 1 from MrMaple but it was laughably small. I’d like to get one with a decent trunk already started. It doesn’t need to be a monster but not a twig either. If anyone can point me somewhere I would really appreciate it!

Satsuki or Indica azaleas?

Satsuki or Indica azaleas?

Satsuki preferably but really any evergreen Azalea that is suited for bonsai. I’m not an expert on the varieties, I just know that some larger Rhododendron varieties aren’t favored because of the long internodes and that there are evergreen and deciduous.
