I have them all1-109? Then bonsai Europe ( Bonsai Focus) bought them out. I felt the content shifted to the other side of the pond and the information and advertising was all geared to the European audience , just my two cents.

You can find old copies on eBay and a few on stone lantern web site.
Looks like they have a few old back issues on sale.

The trees, according to some in the know, were sourced from Roy Nagatoshi's dad Shig from Fuji Bonsai in Sylmar and maybe a couple from George Yamaguchi. Found that referenced here on an old post from a California guy. Thing to remember is back then American bonsai wasn’t what it is now.

Also the latest Karate Kid doesn’t have terrific bonsai either
