This looks like a genetic color variation of Mugo Pine or similar species!

also confused by this....... so diffused means all the needles, while scattered is some randomly?

Recently (3/24/25) I removed my 2 year old black pine bonsai from its pot to trim roots. I replanted in same pot with fresh soil. After repotting I removed a good amount of needles and trimmed remaining ones. Some of my needles of most mature branches are browning. Just wanted to get some thoughts and suggestions from you all. Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks
