Looking a little ratty from the rain, but here’s a forsythia made from cuttings.




And a Japanese flowering quince - toyo nishiki, also from a cutting. I consider this the back, but best angle for the flowers at this time.

A bit of fert maybe. Sometimes the first one up just in a hurry but the bulb isn't really set yet.

You need another Gardenia. We don't see them at garden centers around here much but if I see one I'll send it to you.

I'm keeping an eye out around here, but they tend to be considered a winter houseplant, only available in late fall.
This time I'm going to just let it be until I can learn it's language.
