I see this tree is in my everyday way to work.

So I took some seeds and growed them:

As you see, thorns, yellow fruit, rounded leaves,....
I've been searching for its id, with no luck.
Can you help to identify it?

loquat tree
Leaves are normally more.... ruffled-imprinted on loquats.. but that’s close.. could be certain varieties DON’T have the ridges..

The seedLING has pomegranate characteristics.. but if the fruit was like a plum...

Hmmmm.

Nope, different leave shape, no thorns.....
Do loquat trees have thorns?

The 2 to 4 inch leaves are dark green above and white or light green on the underside. The long white canes, rachis, petiole and midrib all have sharp curved spines or thorns.

looks like thorns in one of your pics?

Young stems of trifoliate oranges are green though so...
