Is this a bonsai yet in the strictest Meaning??

Just a little update the pot i had the tree in fell and broke watering the tree because of the inclination of the trunk being so slanted. It's back in a over size training pot having spent most of the time in a colander. The clay training pot is only 2 months old it's in at the moment. These guys sure can grow roots! The trunk has thickened about a quarter inch since the last picture and thought i should show the branch structure now that it's finally ramping back up this summer. I feel it grows more in my grow box then outside really but that could be just the weird schedule it's on. I don't have a cool place to over winter it so it stays either in the growbox or out under lights in the house during the winter months. I'm kinda feeling like im taking one step forward and then a half step back every time it goes dormant because I've not been able to get fine ramification that I don't immediately feel like cutting off and regrowing the next growth period. I tend to get maybe 3 to 4 new branches that I keep and don't cut off so the refinement is slow. I think their is a better way but im not sure what it is at the moment. Im thinking maybe pruning the younger branches more frequently to get finer branching and subdividing building a fine twiggy structure that this design needs. Anyone with suggestions im all 👂 ears ohh yea I found an old picture of the tree probably 4 years ago now that shows how far this tree has really gone. At the point in the old picture it's probably been in training a year already. It was a bit smaller then that when I first got the cutting.
