Just trying to stay ahead of this, my little ito juniper has brown, dead tips - going it's just related to the hot spell we just had, maybe the little carving I did - any thoughts? Care for the next few weeks?
Thanks!

I would trim off the dead tips and give it a little more shade during the hottest part of the day

I think I let it get dry, tend to normally keep too wet - picked a bad week to over correct. Thanks for looking,

This was my thought.
Perhaps the soil media has leant a hand in this too wet / too dry learning curve.
How long since repotted? Any change up in composition?
It's been in that pot, soil 2 seasons, on my radar to put back into a training pot and grow out a while. We're getting stone work done, and I have it in a different location, might be getting hotter than usual. I moved it today, will up my watering game. May still repot, get into fresh media. Hoping no one said tip blight

Just noticed the same thing today on my two small ones. I guess the rain didn’t do as much as I thought it did.
