Repotted last night. Many roots on the right side of the base were hanging out of a the previous pot. Finally got around to wrangling them.

Goal is to keep this healthy and bring it to Corpus Christi, Texas to a BYOT workshop with Mike Lane in September. I have another couple of green islands to choose from.

Soil is a blend of pumice, red lava, black lava, zeolite, and charcoal. Why? Because I forgot to add Kanuma. Ever since I started selling soil components, I've been making up soil blend ideas as I go.

The tree has a large burl on the back. No telling what I can do with that. Plenty of branches and ideas of what can be done. These trees are pretty crazy in how well they grow.

yes, I really should get in there and trim out the crap around the burl. It got late, and dark, by the time I was finished. One idea I have for dealing with the burl is to have aerial roots grow down over it and just block it from view.
