Maple ID

Hopefully, someone can identify this maple such as @William N. Valavanis or @MACH5 . It's a grafted variety but it wasn't labelled. Photos included and thanks for taking a look.

There are so many named JM varieties. Some are so visibly different that they can be reliably identified just from leaf but the vast majority are just vaguely different from others that picking the difference is a lottery at best.

I am no expert but it looks rather standard as Acer palmatum goes.

Yes it's basally dominant.
