I just bought this shimpaku but it does not look like any kishu or itoigawa in my garden.
Color is greener than my kishu but not as much as itoigawa

My guess is itowigawa based on the lighter green colour and fine structure. Your local fertilising / sun conditions may differ from where you got it. If so it’ll change to resemble the ones you’ve got already, I imagine.

Local conditions can have a big influence on how open/compact foliage is and foliage colour so that may be causing some confusion.
There are also a whole lot of other cultivars of Juniper chinensis. Kishu and Itoigawa are only the 2 that are most popular for bonsai so there's every chance this is one of the other cultivars that have been selected for general landscape use.

so this one is not kishu or itoigawa, just some chinensis variety? Is it suitable for bonsai?

I did not say it was not either of the sought after bonsai cultivars. Could be other factors making it look different to typical Shimpaku varieties. Just reminding you that there are lots of other possible cultivars that it could be.
All junipers can be used for bonsai. Some are easier and some have difficult growth habit, open foliage, etc. You won't know until you give it a go.
