I have no idea about mushrooms and would be very grateful if anyone can help me identify these

Are they a sign of healthy soil or unhealthy? Will they harm my tree?

It is hard to identify a shroom by a pic. Can you brake one mature one off and take a zoomed in pic of the underside of the cap and stem? And the top too.
They do look a bit like honey mushrooms that grow on wood and can be destructive to it...

Hope this helps! Also hoping its not honey fungus as advice for treatment seems to be burn and landfill!
