August maybe? 🤷
Dude, it's a crapshoot anytime the next 2 month's, so just do it when you can. I won't take it personally.
It can live on my bench until you are ready.. I'll just make sure any 3's are 2's and "let 'er rip!"

🤓

Except by the END of September.. I'd probably not ship Punica from Wisconsin.

Looks like they are all doing very well. You're a good babysitter @HorseloverFat , can't wait to get it.
That was one of my first jobs! LOL

I did it for a WHILE, actually, like ages of 11-15....

🤓

They (Pons) are also excited to "discover home"..

:)

It's still looking like NEXT monday will be good, temperature-wise...

Because TWO of them are just going across ONE state line, I will attempt to ship them priority (as long as it ends up AS expensive ((or cheaper ;) )) than flat-rate.. that puts them to you guys buy Wednesday, thursday at the latest.. I hope.

Feel free to adjust the cost according to how much shipping costs you. I'm sure everyone will be fine with that.

Oh I KNOW everyone would be fine with that.

It's a honesty/transparency/pride thing, though.

I quoted them a certain price..

I will hold up my end.

🤗🥰

You're hurting yourself there. Crazy how much shipping costs
and you have these in bonsai soil, time, you won't break even, but is a kind gesture
like those pot giveaways :)
I discovered that.. and FUTURE sales will not include shipping costs. 😂

We learn..

But I'll remain "of my word"

Then I will hold up on my end too and figure out what the shipping will be and send $ accordingly.

Are you all sold out? If not can you share whats left?
I'm sorry, friend! Everything this time has been spoken for.

I will have Acer Stock available midsummer.. but I don't think they'd do well in Texas.

But work has already begun on my next "round" of Punicas! (These ones from cutting, so will be available Spring/Summer '23)

I will keep you informed!

Acer as in Acer palmatum? They do really well here if so. Here's my momma View attachment 429217
Very splendid tree!

Acer Palmatums actually do fairly
poorly by me.. It gets too cold..Too varied in the transition months.

I can grow semi-decs Arids, Subs, and tropicals because of my indoor areas.

My Mid-summerAcer Stock will be heavily Rubrum but some Freemani, Sacharranium (sp?) and Platenoides....

Selected for short internodes/leaf size mostly, but also any.. uniqueness noted, out of 300-400 native/naturalized/cross-poll seedlings observed.

🤓

Do you have Rubrum by you?

Man I would love to see what you come up with when you stock up! My acer only does well because i take the correct precautions here to provide shade etc but I just love the constant color changes thru the season that the maples give. I would love to see and hopefully buy all you mentioned from your mid summer stock!

Lovely tree! How long have you had this beauty?
It's been in my area for at least a decade or 2 but personally I acquired this one a year ago. I'm currently working on it to bring the very top of this tree down to create an apex that covers that whole top unlike the gap it has right now between it and the lower branches.
