The results are amazing. I might have a maple to try out on.
As I asked elsewhere, I would like to know how to develop nebari on larger trunks, specifically pines.
I've got a scots pine with a 3 inch trunk that needs some good rootage as well as some mugos with spiralling roots Id like to straighten out and get some nebari on.
For the scots, I will get a picture of its trunk tomorrow and resurrect its thread for Gary to see.

Yeah. In all honesty I think it woupld be best to include the link in the discussion thread or we will have 2 threads on thee thread simultaneously.

I was just playing with him. In the future there is a "edit this post" or something like that in the lower right. I think he can still do it if he wants, but then my comment will look weird.

Ok we will include the link to the thread as well, that way people can see it either way. I do want to keep the TOM thread clean of comments if possible, so it can serve as a wiki of sorts without a lot of extra garbage (I mean comments!

I'm sorry again as you just said keep it clean from comments but I'm confused. What/why do we post here versus on the original thread itself? I can go back and delete these later if you'd like.

there is a thread of the month thread, that will be the link to the actual thread. That is where I'd like to keep it comment free. (although that's not going so well right now...)
I would like to just have that thread's content to be the link to the thread. That way no one has to wade through comments if they just want to look at the list of threads that are informational enough to be there.
There will be a TOM DISCUSSION thread, where we can discuss the TOM. That would be this thread. No need to delete comments from this, as that's what it's for.

got it thanks. I was confused as you said this is where you will posts questions or comments pertaining to TOM, but then later said keep it comment free. I will delete later if possible when it is no longer needed as I'm sure it will be self explanatory to even those as hard headed as me by then
