The beer bottle (or can) Bonsai Thread

IPAs are definitely an acquired taste. I keep acquiring them but still don't like the taste. My search continues,, hiccup,, continues,, hiccup..
Ipas Not for sissys vin! Made me grow a little hair on my chest! They wonder why we drink so much, and why were always out finger banging trees. :p

The Heiny I use to drink in England (40 years ago) had a better taste to it than the stuff we get here. If I ever go back to Europe I'd try it again.

Pitch pine with a well balanced IPA.
Mmmm so good . And after a few of them I'm having a hard time writing this.

These 2 azaleas were originally in the landscape at my brother's house for a number of years. He didn't want them anymore and they made their way to my Mom's house and were planted out at the end of the driveway. She didn't want them anymore and they made their way to my house this spring. When I saw the one on the right I thought it could make a raft of some sort. It's got fused trunks and all kinds of weirdness going on. Not sure what I can do with it. I have a decent plan for the one on the left if it survives for a few years. No idea what kind of azalea they are but the blooms are red.

The beer is one of my favorites - Sierra Nevada Summerfest.

This is probably my best tree. It came from @ZachSmith and I haven't had a chance to screw it up too much yet. It's a Water Elm and I'm enjoying it immensely - even more so with this nice Virginia Ale from Nelson County. The lower branches need to thicken and ramify but it's getting there.
