Three shohin black pines.

That was last week. Still hot this week but down to a balmy 100 today....cool compared to last week when I watered and the water hit the pot it turned to steam!!!

OK, I see why overwatering shouldn't be a problem...
Even if you live in a fairly temperate climate over watering should never be a problem. Have to stay on the fungicide though...I think this forum is rocked with fungus...it seems every maple posted always show signs of fungus and I see trees on the ground and crappy soil...there is just a lot of bonsai husbandry lacking in most of the stuff posted here. In each of the three I posted, pay the most attention to photo's 2 and 3 in each tree. The amount of grow back I get in a couple months should be a lesson to growing pines. Full sun, even in 113 degrees. Just got to water and have the soil that can handle it.

My next place will have a special place for intense Sun exposure for sure.
Now the best I can do is 7 hrs or so I believe..
