Each tree now gets its own thread to keep things a bit more organized.
Today I moved Trident Maple #01 into a 16" ceramic training pot. Root work, directional pruning, lime sulfur spray. The tree is right about at the height where I want it. Next steps are to continue developing the primaries, scar healing and defining the look of the apex. Taper has really come along and I am happy so far. Kudos to Dylan for growing amazing stock and Shibui for the early advice. Tree farmers deserve a lot more credit for the service they provide IMHO.
