Trying to Fix Photos!

Took awhile (maybe my wireless router or the server pumping to it??) but it worked. Did the other 5 pages of pics I had uploaded to the picture manager go away? The page looks way different.

I was able to upload and it did attach, but it asks you to select a photo to attach, but the only thing I could do was click on the link and it popped up in a new window, then it was attached. but the previous try I got all typed and submitted, and POOF! It disappeared.

I can no longer upload pics from my idevice. It only give me the option to download from URL instead of URL or my computer. Is this a problem or a new permanent change?
